Friday Footnote #43
Each week we share loads of content amongst Team ION and with our network. Content that inspires us, which we find helpful or just makes us smile. We thought we would start sharing these insights every Friday. Welcome to Friday Footnote.
Change is the only constant
Last year our lives changed exponentially - where we could go, whether we could work, who we could be with. No one could have predicted it, but it happened and everybody had to do what was necessary to get through it. In our blog this week, the newly appointed ION Project Lead Suzanne Parry Jones discussed how change is the only constant, and how we have adapted to a new way of working in the last 12 months. Read the full blog.
Are you a New Leader?
Our latest member of the ION delivery team, Vichy Bevan-Jones, will be leading our next ILM Level 3 New Leaders programme, starting in May 2021. Designed to develop and enhance the leadership and management skills of managers and supervisors in the early stages of developing their leadership skills, the programme concentrates on transferring knowledge and skills that enable growth and sustainability for their organisations.
Vichy is very much looking forward to getting started. 'As one of the greatest leaders, Mahatma Ghandi said “You must be the change you see in the world”. Our New Leaders course, I believe, gives you incredibly valuable tools that will help you start shaping change in your corner of the world'.
If you want to shape change in your corner of the world, find out more about our next New Leaders programme. Vichy is looking forward to work with you.
