Friday Footnote # 118

Ysgrifennwyd gan A.R.Fairbank@swansea.ac.uk / 27/1/2023

Each week we share loads of content amongst Team ION and with our network. Content that inspires us, which we find helpful, or just makes us smile. We thought we would start sharing these insights every Friday. Welcome to Friday Footnote.

'On location' with Tokio Marine 21.jpg

In the final quarter of 2022, we worked with the management team at Tokio Marine HCC, based in Bridgend, to tailor our ILM Level 3 New Leaders programme for their newest crop of team leaders. Ensuring that their objectives were met, and their culture and values embedded into the programme, we developed a 4 month leadership programme for 8 team leaders.

On Wednesday this week we went 'on location' to the Tokio Marine offices to film our latest testimonial case study. We chatted with Managing Director Ian Rowles, who we worked with to develop the programme, about the changes he has already seen within the business, and delegates Chloe and Gavin who talked so positively about the difference the programme has made to them both professionally and personally.

Keep an eye on our social channels over the coming weeks for the final film.

And if you are interested in finding out more about how we can work with you and your business to develop the people within your team or organisation, get in touch with Adam Fairbank on ionleadership@swansea.ac.uk.
