Event Summary

With ILM Level 3 and 5 leadership development programmes starting soon in Swansea, ION leadership invite you to the Towers Hotel in Swansea to find out more.

The event will provide guests with an opportunity to:

  • Meet members of the team and find out more about how we have successfully supported over 1300 delegates to date
  • Find out more about experiential learning and take part in some hands on practical activities. Our programmes are based on experiential learning, giving participants the time, space and tools to experiment with different leadership styles, uncover Eureka moments, learn from each other and develop plans to future proof their careers.
  • Meet and network with local businesses
  • Find out how you can get involved, and benefit, from future programmes.

There are 2 leadership programmes starting in Swansea in the coming months:

New Leaders Programme - Our ILM Level 3 Award programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership and management skills of owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and supervisors who are in the early stages of developing their leadership skills. The next programme starts in Swansea in May.

Leading Growth Programme - Our ILM Level 5 Award programme focuses on the essential skills required for leaders and managers in small, medium and large organisations, placing particular emphasis on developing their leadership skills to facilitate growth for their businesses. The next programme starts in Swansea in June.

Please join us from 8.30am for networking and refreshments and the session will start at 9am. We will be finished by 10.30am.

There is plenty of car parking available at the venue.
