Friday Footnote 62

Written by A.R.Fairbank@swansea.ac.uk / Friday 20th August 2021 / ION leadership news, / Blog posts

Each week we share loads of content amongst Team ION and with our network. Content that inspires us, which we find helpful, or just makes us smile. We thought we would start sharing these insights every Friday. Welcome to Friday Footnote.

The power of action learningALS_feedback1.png

As part of our Leading Growth leadership programmes, delegates take part in Action Learning Sets (ALS). In our latest blog, shared yesterday, we discuss what an action learning set is, and why they are an integral part of our leadership programmes.

We also caught up with Tony from our leadership delivery team to hear what he had to say about why ALS' are so beneficial to our delegates. Check it out.

Did you know that we have a team of leadership specialists based in Bangor who work with delegates and businesses in North Wales to develop extraordinary leaders? Find out more about our Bangor team in the Meet the Team section of our website.

Become an extraordinary leader

We were delighted to announce recently that, thanks to the European Social Fund, we are able to extend the period whereby our leadership programmes are fully funded. Programmes that start before the end of March 2022 will be fully funded. You can find out more about our latest programmes on our courses page.

We will be taking a short break from #FridayFootnote next week, as Adam, who pulls it together, will be spending some time with his family. See you in a few weeks.
