Alumni Case Study: DWJ Wealth Management
In our latest alumni case study, we catch up with ION alumni, Danni Watts-Jones and Jess Kidwell from DWJ Wealth Management, to discuss their recent ION experiences.
Danni Watts-Jones is the founder and Managing Director of DWJ Wealth Management, based in Baglan, who provide tailored wealth management advice to private and corporate clients to help meet their personal & business objectives.
Danni took part in our ILM Level 5 Leading Growth programme during the Covid-19 pandemic, where all of the masterclasses, except for the final graduation ceremony, took place online via Zoom. Her graduation ceremony, which took place at the Grove Hotel near Narberth, was our first graduation ceremony to take place after the pandemic, and it was a fantastic day full of laughter, tears, fun and poems.
And the programme had a huge impact on Danni;
"My skills and ability to manage change have improved as a result of the course. The reflective and emotional intelligence sessions were particularly useful when employing new staff".
The programme had such a positive impact on Danni, that when we recently ran one of our ILM Level 3 New Leaders programmes, Danni encouraged Jess, DWJ Practice Manager, to sign up for the programme. Jess graduated from her programme in May 2023.
