Chwarae Teg and ION Leadership have recently announced a joint leadership development programme which starts in January 2019.
The programme will focus on developing the essential skills required for managers and leaders in organisations across Wales and places particular emphasis on developing the leadership skills required to facilitate business growth. All delegates who complete the programme also receive an ILM Level 5 qualification.
In the lead up to the programme we will be running a series of ‘Women in Leadership’ events which we would love you to attend to find out more about the programme, hear from both Chwarae Teg and ION Leadership, as well as hear from inspiring successful female business leaders.
Attendees will hear from 2 successful Welsh business leaders:
Ali Sparkes, The Health Dispensary – Ali is a Director at the Health Dispensary in Neath which has been in business for nearly 30 years. A pharmacist and wellness consultant, the health dispensary is much more than a pharmacist, also offering complementary therapies, health checks and coaching. Ali is a former LEAD delegate.
Kelly Mordecai, Tai Tarian – Kelly is an Organisational Development specialist for Tai Tarian, one of the largest social landlords in Wales, having responsibility for over 9,000 properties in Neath Port Talbot.
Delegates will also hear from Chwarae Teg Chief Executive Cerys Furlong and ION leadership Programme Manager Jo Bishop and will also take part in an interactive session to get a taster of ION Leaderships experiential learning style.
We have limited capacity at this event so tickets will be allocated on a first come, first serve basis. If you reserve a ticket but are unable to make it, please let us know so we can allocate the ticket to another delegate.
Light refreshments will be provided.
