Rachael Flanagan – Managing Director, Mrs Bucket Ltd
Rachael founded Mrs Bucket in 2005 at the age of 18, having spotted a gap in the market for a cleaning company that offered consistently good service. The multi-award winning business now employs over 250 staff and provides professional, commercial and domestic cleaning services to a range of industry sectors across South Wales, servicing 150 commercial premises on a daily basis.
Adrian Williams – Director, Tech Wales
With nearly 22 years in the IT industry, Adrian founded Tech-Wales Ltd, a business IT consultancy in 2012. Based in the Baglan Enterprise Park, Tech-Wales provide customer focused Business IT Support Services to small and medium sized organsiations across the UK. As a Microsoft Partner, Tech-Wales are experts in Day-to-Day IT support, Microsoft Office 365 migrations, and are now expanding into business telecoms services.
