Event Summary

ION Leadership create learning opportunities and “lightbulb moments” by asking successful business leaders to share their success stories and experience.

Join us at the Royal Mint Experience in Llantrisant for our first ‘Leadership Conversation’ event of 2019 where guests will:

  •          Hear from successful business leaders on how businesses grow through periods of change
  •          Take part in an interactive activity
  •          Find out more about ION Leadership
  •          Network with local business leaders

Speakers:

Sarah Bradley, HR Director, Royal Mint

Sarah joined the Royal Mint in 2009 as Head of HR and became HR Director in 2015.

She has extensive international experience in HR, leaning development and organisational change, having previously worked for Mercury Communications, UCI Cinemas and Siemens IT Service where she was Head of HR. Sarah then moved to New Zealand where she worked for a number of Government departments and NZ Deloitte as a HR Consultant.

Sarah will be discussing leading change in The Royal Mint. 

Tony Dowling, Managing Director, Novo Consultancy

With nearly 30 years’ experience in sales, marketing and digital transformation, Tony has worked as the Managing Director of Real Radio and the South Wales Echo and has led digital transformation projects in organisations across the UK. Tony is also a Board Member of Careers Wales.

Tony will be discussing the role of people within the digital transformation process.

Event Details:

Registration and networking will start at 9am with the main event starting at 9.30. We would hope for the event to finish at 11.15.

Refreshments will be available and free parking is available at the venue
