- Observing and practicing your skills utilising a recognised coaching model

Please note, this is a 2 part session with the 2nd session taking place on the 8th July (10.30-12noon) - please ensure you add both dates to your diary.
Our key objective across these two sessions will be to help you to develop your coaching skills. Therefore, between sessions 1 & 2 you will be asked to practice the techniques you have learned and to be prepared to share your progress with your facilitators and fellow delegates
This is an Open session, available to all, and will be led by Leadership Development Specialist Jill Davies via Zoom. Attendees who book onto the session will receive an email confirmation, including the meeting link, from a member of the team before the event.
