With leadership development programmes starting in October in Bridgend, ION leadership invite you to the Bridgend Innovation Centre to find out more about how we have so far successfully worked with over 1300 leaders.
The event will provide guests with an opportunity to:
- Find out more about experiential learning and take part in some hands on practical activities.
- Meet and network with local businesses
- Hear from business experts discussing their leadership journey
- Meet members of the ION leadership team
- Find out how you can get involved, and benefit, from future programmes.
Rayner Davies, Managing Director of A&R Cleaning and former ION leadership Alumni will be joining us at this event to share her leadership journey. Rayner is a multi-award winning entrepreneur as well as a Mum to 2 beautiful children and wife and business partner to Ashley.
A & R Cleaning, based in Bridgend, operate commercial cleaning services throughout South Wales. Once a care worker, Rayner became an entrepreneur at 23 and has grown her business to over £1m turnover. Leaving school with 1 GCSE didn't stop her from getting up early each day and working hard, day in day out, until she could start to live her life as she did in her dreams.
Upcoming ION leadership programmes
New Leaders Programme - Our ILM Level 3 Award programme is designed to develop and enhance the leadership and management skills of owners, entrepreneurs, leaders, managers and supervisors who are in the early stages of developing their leadership skills. The next programmes starts in Bridgend in October.
Leading Growth Programme - Our ILM Level 5 Award programme focuses on the essential skills required for leaders and managers in small, medium and large organisations, placing particular emphasis on developing their leadership skills to facilitate growth for their businesses. The Bridgend programmes starts in in October.
Please join us from 9.30am for networking and refreshments and the session will start at 10am. We will be finished by 11.15am.
There is plenty of car parking available at the venue.
