We are delighted to be joined by Nathan Haymer, the newest member of our Swansea team, who will lead a session discussing the true meaning of employee engagement and what you can do as a leader to improve it in your team.
Nathan recently joined the team after gaining experience working for a number of large organsiations including McDonalds, Virgin Atlantic and TUI & First Choice Holidays, delivering training courses virtually and also around the world, including in India, South Africa and Egypt.
Employees don’t leave companies; they leave their Manager. Everyone knows that an engaged employee creates results and leaders are the key to driving employee motivation.
In this session we will discuss the true meaning of employee engagement and what you can do as a leader to improve this. We will look closely at our employees motivation and talk about what drives them the most.
