Dawn Lyle, Co-founder and Chair of 4theRegion - Dawn sat on the board of Swansea Bay Futures for 10 years, Swansea Bay Business Club and the Swansea Foundation. Dawn also runs Swansea-based iCreate.
Dawn's topic is "Changemakers" - 4theRegion know that passionate individuals drive change. Dawn is interested in leadership as a means of unlocking and aligning the strengths of a group, how to connect individuals with a shared sense of purpose and a shared vision, and how to tap into collective wisdom to make change happen.

Rachel will be speaking about "The Culture Gap" - It’s no secret that an engaged workforce is, by its very definition, a happier more productive one; but what does this mean in practical terms. Examples from our own workplace armoury that don’t cost the earth, but are proven to significantly reduce recruitment overheads, improve training ROI, impress customers, and above all else, hold on to the very best people for the job.
