The Disruptive Innovator

At yesterday's #IONOpenDoors we were joined by Bill McAllister-Lovatt to discuss agile and adaptive behaviours, and how to create workplace environments for creativity to flourish. As with every week, this led to some fantastic discussions around disrupting HR, conflict management, diverse teams, creative capacity, values synchronicity, authenticity in the workplace and flow states. All in an hour and a half! Thanks again Bill, and everyone who joined us. We love these sessions!

Our #IONOpenDoors session takes place every Thursday at 11am and are an opportunity to meet and chat with like-minded people about the current issues impacting business in Wales, share advice and contacts, find out more about ION Leadership and also have fun. It's good to talk! Fancy joining us?

Our programmes are currently fully funded.
