Friday Footnote # 41
Each week we share loads of content amongst Team ION and with our network. Content that inspires us, which we find helpful or just makes us smile. We thought we would start sharing these insights every Friday. Welcome to Friday footnote.

7 days, 3 programmes, 50+ delegates
We have traditionally always delivered our programmes face-to-face. In 2020, like many other businesses, we had to do things differently and we started delivering virtually. We were therefore hugely proud to recently start 3 new programmes, in 7 days with 50+ delegates taking part. Find out more in our blog section.
Want to find out more about knowledge / SMART partnerships?
If you are looking at how you can fill the missing capability to boost performance and productivity in your organisation, there is increased funding available to support a Smart Partnership or a Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) with Swansea University, providing you with access to the knowledge and expertise you need.
Jess Hughes from the Research, Engagement and Innovation Services (REIS) team will be joining us at our #IONOpenDoors session on Thursday 4th March to chat more about the programmes and how businesses can get involved. If you want to find out more, you can book to join us.
Become an extraordinary leader
Our leadership programmes are currently fully-funded until the end of August 2021. We were delighted to recently announce our next ILM Level 5 Leading Growth programme which will be starting in July 2021. Find out more on our courses page.
