ION Leadership are very happy to welcome Suzanne Parry Jones as their new Programme Manager.

Suzanne_Parry_Jones1.jpgBased at Swansea University, Suzanne will be responsible for driving the operational strategy and day-to-day management of programme delivery to private and third sector enterprises across Wales, working very closely with Programme Director Gary Walpole and colleagues at both Swansea and Bangor University.

Suzanne has 25 years’ experience in a variety of business sectors including advertising sales, recruitment, and medical sales before qualifying as a coaching psychologist and launching her own business as a coach and leadership development specialist. Suzanne’s most recent role was actually as part of the ION leadership team who she joined in May 2019.

Bringing a wealth of commercial acumen to the role, Suzanne is passionate about people and enabling them to develop fulfilment in their working lives and strives to empower teams to work towards their goals.

Suzanne is looking forward to the new challenge.

“I am very proud to take on the role of programme manager at ION, in what is their 10th year. In that time ION have supported over 1300 leaders in nearly 1000 businesses across Wales and have made a fantastic contribution to not only individuals and their businesses but also the Welsh economy. But myself and the ION team are hugely ambitious and we are constantly striving to make even more of an impact. These are exciting times for the programme, with exciting new developments on the horizon, and I am looking forward to working with the teams in both Swansea and Bangor to drive the programme forward”.

ION Leadership Programme Director is looking forward to working with Suzanne:

"Since joining the team in May of this year it was immediately evident Suzanne has a very strong commercial acumen and is a hugely experienced leadership development professional. I am looking forward to working closely with Suzanne, and the rest of the ION team, to continue to support and develop extraordinary leaders”.

Suzanne starts her role at a very exciting time for ION Leadership as we celebrate our 10th year. Events will be held in Swansea and Llandudno with a fantastic line up of speakers as well as interactive workshops and an opportunity to network with local business from across Wales.
